I don't know what his motivations are and I don't care. Just check out the protest crowds here. Funny commie news outlets and governor don't mention this. The governor is acting disgracefully and I would like to know why.

the bars filled with young people have nothing to do with this. its crowded cities filled with protesters that doesn't even get a mention on the precious commie news outlets. check the photo gallery from the link below. thousands times more people crowded together at these protests than any bar could handle. the texas governor is making backroom deals most likely because none of what he says makes any sense as far as turning back bar openings.

thanks crude for verifying my thoughts on this. there is definitely no good reason to backtrack on something that is naturally going to happen especially with testing so easy and more people getting tested.

i think many protesters go in the next day to get tested. they know if they drive up the numbers its all for their cause

I'm with you guys on being anti-lockdown and the whole Corona thing being overblown.

That being said it certainly seems like bars are a problem. Supermarkets, other retail- no problem.. Beaches, boardwalks packed- no problem. Even resturants- no problems.

Bars though, seem to be a problem. Not sure if it's the alcohol making people less hygenic, like going to the bathroom and not washing hands like normal times at bars. The longer time hanging out, hours upon hours. Hugging, kissing, groping, etc. But it does seem like large amounts of people are getting Covid after hanging out at bars.

It does seem like mostly young people. Who should be sick then better in no time. So maybe it's not that bad. But it certainly isn't good for case #'s.

It's pretty simple. You weren't going to stop protestors anyways plus those are votes for the democratic party. Same as Trump gassing protestors to take a quick picture and then hurrying back to the white house without saying even a single word in front of that church. Republican base loved it.

30 days of shut downs will only delay the investability of the virus spreading......it will continue spreading no matter how hard they try.

Don't forget about the Right and their role in this. Started out, nobody is going to die from this. Then it was, a very small amount of people have died from this, less then 100. Then it was, well more people died from H1N1 and Obama killed many more then Trump and Covid. Then it was well the flu kills more people each flu season. Then it was well these numbers aren't real and being fabricated. Then it was well it only kills people that are going to die anways. Now its, well who cares.
